- Once the LLC is established, ask your accountant if it makes sense to select an S-corp election for your new LLC as the taxed entity for tax purposes and for help with establishing quarterly estimated taxes as well.
- With your LLC established, you may sign up to receive your IRS EIN here EIN for free here Apply for EIN
- With your new EIN, you may now establish your new business bank account(seperate from your personal account) through your preferred bank.
- The building owner here requires all renters to carry their own professional liability insurance. We recommend a BOP or Business Only Policy that includes Personal and General Liability with $300,000 in property damage and $1,000,000 in libility per occurance, naming Funke & Co. Hair Deign Inc. and 27730 Chagrin LLC as additional insureds. Please provide us with 2 copies of the certificate of insurance, one for our records and one for our landlord.
